We stayed last Nov. for T.Rod Run and we were very glad we did! Very nice place...very nice people!Convenient to everything....the room was perfect.

We stayed a week at Studio 1 and everything was GREAT! Very Clean, Wonderful Manager, Beach Across the Street, Ocean View from the 2nd floor Balcony, and Great Cleaning Staff! Diffently would stay again.

I SPENT A WEEK IN ONE OF STUDIO 1 SUITE IN DAYTONA BEACH, FL. THE STAFF MADE MY STAY VERY ENJOYABLE AND THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND AN WELL MANAGE. I WOULD ENCOURAGE ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A LITTLE TASTE OF HOME TO STAY THERE. IT IS QUIET AND A GOOD LOCATION FOR SHOPPING AND CHOICE OF RESTURANTS.

This motel is great if you are looking for an inexpensive budget friendly place to stay while vacationing. The motel was very clean and comfortable. I would recommended it and will stay again. My husband and i enjoyed every minute of our stay. And we were not kept up by noisey neighbors b/c its like you have your own apartment.

We first stayed at Studio 1 in 2007 for one week.The place is so clean you could eat of the floor.(HARD WOOD FLOOR)The cleaning staff do a excellent keeping the place clean..We was back again this year May 09 for three weeks and we will be there next year we will not stay any were else.I would advice any one going to Daytona to check this place out you will not be disappoined.

Reasonable price ($55 included tax)/ night. Very clean, Convinient to anywhere. We made reservation for 3 night,but had to leave sooner.The manager friendly solved problem . Would come back here in the future
